NWT TORRID Halloween Sailor dress, hat anchor KNEE HIGHS, 3-4, 22-22-28, RARE. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR SIZE CHART AND MEASUREMENTS!<br>This is from the era where Torrid had REAL sizing, genuine plus sizing and not shrinking down for Halloween costumes!<br>In it's original hanger bag with cardboard insert from Torrid<br>(Bag says only dress & hat, but I have put the knee highs in the bag, they were in their own bag inside this costumer bag)<br>INCLUDED with this sailor dress is the hat AND MATCHING KNEE HIGHS WITH GOLD ANCHORS ON THEM!  This has NEVER been worn or tried on!<br>Gold anchor buttons down the front<br>Left side of Navy blue skirt of the dress has a red anchor<br>White top/chest with a red and white striped, off center bow on left side<br>Hat is all white<br>Knee highs are white with gold anchors on the white satin bows that sit in the front, just below your knees<br>Dress Length from Shoulder (Halter red ribbon ties behind neck, so it IS adjustable for height and chest size) is 33" so this is super short and cute, for best results and for more coverage and to add sexiness factor, put a red, white or blue petticoat underneath!<br>There is a little stretch to this dress so it will hug curves!
